I was today asked a question and I thought I would put this to everyone.
The question I was asked is - Do Blog Ring members visit each others blogs.
It's a very valid question I think - And the answer is???
I know you may think that you just don't have the time to go around all the blogs and I can totally relate to that, but we have had a gadget for a while now whereby all new blog post update on it, thereby taking away the need to go galavanting around all over the place to keep up.
I know some of you have taken the gadget and therefore can see at a glance when a post updates and make full use of it. So have you got the gadget?? There is absolutely no reason now to waste time going around all blogs to check for new posts.
Since I have updated the Blog Ring this week, there is an even better gadget, and if one doesn't want the gadget taking up a block there is the twitter url that one can take and put somewhere on their profile to click every day to check for updates.
The problem is that one isn't going to get visitors and comments to their blog if they don't go out and visit/comment on other blogs. So you do all need to show your face on other blogs.
If you want the gadget on the left of this post then either click to take it or PM me to send you the code. You can adjust the size of it so it doesn't have to be as long as it is on this board.
Or - Do put the twitter url http://twitter.com/YukuBlogRing in your favourites to make use of.
I have had great praise from a few Blog Ring members over both the gadget and the fact that we are now on twitter. Please do make use of either one or both.
